OA foods is a family-owned business. We truly believe that the more we give back to others, the more our company will grow. During the past few years, after providing farmers machinery to increase their production, we decided to open OA Foods in order to provide customers with high quality products, while helping those thousands of children who live in harsh conditions.
Our philanthropy policy is simple: 20% of our profits go straight to children in developing countries.
We understand that in our company’s infancy, our profits will be limited as our company grows. In order to augment our donations and make a more significant impact, we will donate sweaters and school supplies to children. However, our mission is to one day be profitable enough to increase our donation percentage and help build schools, parks, libraries and hospitals for those who need our help.
We expect to have our first philanthropy event in November of 2012. We plan to post pictures so that we can share our experiences with our clients, and show how we are all making a difference in the world.
